Immunizations

Immunizations and travel vaccinations are available at Hoagland Pharmacy. Pharmacists and a licensed practical nurse are available during business hours by appointment to give flu shots and other vaccinations. In addition, our pharmacists are authorized to prescribe vaccines so that no doctor appointment is necessary.

Travel & Other Vaccines

Travel vaccinations are recommended to protect travelers from illnesses present in other parts of the world. Most vaccinations take 4-6 weeks to become effective and may need to be given several times over a period of time. Appointments are recommended 6 weeks prior to traveling. No prescription is necessary, and we will bill insurance if applicable.

• Ixiaro (for Japanese Encephalitis)
